More About The Organisation
About the Organisation
We offer support to any adult over 18 years of age who lives in the Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) area or is registered with a B&NES GP.
We offer a range of carefully chosen care and support services for adults with a Learning Disability. The service promotes independence, builds on decision making capabilities and develops an awareness of health, safety and security issues.
Independent Living Support offer a wide range of personally tailored care programmes, ranging from intensive support to hourly pop in visits or welfare phone calls as required. We work alongside adults with a Learning Disability in their own homes focusing on a flexible approach to providing a holistic package of support. This includes personal care, assisting adults with a Learning Disability to access day services and close liaison with other agencies in health, education, housing and employment matters.
