About the Organisation

The Child Brain Injury Trust helps children, young people and families affected by childhood acquired brain injury, and the professionals who support them, to enable them to achieve their potential.

What we do:
Consult with families in order to develop information resources and to influence the strategic planning of the organisation
Team of Child & Family Support Co-ordinators in various parts of the UK
Provide a small grants scheme for children and young people ("Give a Child a Chance")
Email and telephone helpline (local rate call)
Educational video "Must Try Harder"
Publications for families and professionals
Conferences, family events and training seminars for teachers, health professionals and parents
Provide a website with easy to use and practical information for parents and professionals
