More About The Organisation
About the Organisation
Off the Record provides a range of FREE, CONFIDENTIAL and INDEPENDENT services for children and young people that support the development of their emotional health and well-being.
We work with children and young people in a range of places. These include community venues, places where children and young people live, hang out, and/or go to school, as well as our own premises in Bath and Midsomer Norton. If you are a child or young person and want information or support, or you are an adult and want to refer a child or young person, then please contact the team.
OTR also offer an Independent Support Service to support young people and their parents/carers when they have transfer reviews or needs assessments for Education, Health and Care plans.
We can explain the EHCP process, help families to complete the paperwork for school, provide an advocacy service for young people who don’t want to attend meetings and we can also help parents to understand plans and provide support when there are disagreements.
