About the Organisation
Fitness Club aims to support our members to become more active, improve their health and fitness levels and boost their confidence.
The Fitness Club helps to maintain member’s physical and mental well-being with enjoyable and easy-to-follow exercise routines.
The club encourages members to become more active with a focus on making keeping fit and exercising fun!
Anyone aged 16 and over with a learning disability is welcome. The club and the activities will be adapted for all levels and abilities and those with an additional physical impairment are also welcome.
