About the Organisation
SOFA is the Summer of Fun Activities inclusive summer programme for disabled young people aged 12 - 19 years.
It runs for 4 weeks in the summer holidays and is planned and organised by young people in the 5 months prior to the programme running supported by the SOFA Development Worker.
