About the Organisation
A national charity that funds research into a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. With the South West regional advocate based in Bath we work with volunteers to organise local events to raise awareness and funds for the charity. Volunteers aged 16-25 can work for accredited certification and choose to plan and manage the sorts of events that interest then.

Who can use your service?
Any person may volunteer to support us with our events, people aged 16-25 may if they wish join our genius project aimed at assisting them to gain accredited recognition of their volunteering experience.
Any person suffering with Duchenne or Becker Muscular Dystrophy is particularly encouraged to contact us as we may be able to offer them additional support and information regarding the management of the illness, and the progress so far in medical research.
