About the Organisation
We provide a confidential listening service for those in emotional distress or going through a life crisis. Our regional offices offer support in any way we can. We run a help line. Most of our offices have volunteers on hand who can see people face-to-face in total confidence.
Usual hours open to receive callers at the door:

Monday 09.30 - 12.00
