About the Organisation
Bath and North East Somerset Community CAMHS is a specialist service that helps children and young people who are struggling with a range of different mental health issues.
You may have heard about our Service or been referred to us by a professional who is worried about your emotional wellbeing. For example, your GP, social worker or school staff. Don’t panic if this is the case. Our staff team are trained and highly skilled. We aim to support you and give you coping strategies to deal with and manage everyday life.
We can help you with the following difficulties:
Anxiety and phobias
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa
Sexuality and Gender Identity (LGBTQ)
Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
Coping with traumatic events & abuse
Tic disorders, including Tourette’s syndrome
